Important Information About Your Account

At California Business Bank, we are committed to providing the best for our customers—the best service, the best security, and the best website for all of
your banking needs.

In an effort to improve the efficiency of our operations and continue to supply our clients with exceptional products and services, California Business Bank will
undergo a conversion of its core operating system at the close of business on
Thursday, March 21st, 2019 through Sunday, March 24th, 2019.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible for our clients. With this in mind, there are a few things you need to know. We’ve included a Frequently Asked Questions brochure in this communication, but we also wanted to outline items of particularimportance, bulleted below:

 

Online banking access will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, March 21st through 10:00 a.m. PDT on Monday, March 25th.
Mobile banking access will be unavailable from 11:00 a.m. PDT on Thursday, March 21st through 10:00 a.m. PDT on Monday, March 25th.
There will be no change to credit cards during core conversion. You may continue to use them as normal.
Bill payment will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. PDT on Monday, March 18th through 10:00 a.m. PDT on Monday, March 25th.
Remote Deposit Capture will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. PDT on Wednesday, March 20th through 10:00 a.m. PDT on Monday, March 25th.
The debit card system may be affected during conversion. Although we hope to avoid any interruption, please be prepared to utilize other forms of payment throughout the weekend. Your credit card will not be affected by the conversion.
California Business Bank’s office in Irvine, CA will be open on Saturday, March 23rd from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PDT.
Your California Business Bank account numbers will remain the same.
There will be no change to the ACH system during core conversion.
Any External Transfers (from your CBB account to other banks) that you have established in your online banking profile will not be carried over to the new system. You will need to re-establish your External Transfers and confirm a small dollar verification as you did when you first established the External Transfer. You may re-establish your External Transfers beginning at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Monday, March 25th by signing-on to online banking and following the instructions.
